What We Treat
Care Through CulinaryTM:
Nourishing the Mind, Body, and Soul
At our eating disorder treatment centers, a vital part of treatment involves helping each client rebalance their relationship with food, their mind and body, and their soul. Through our eating disorder facilities, our Care Through Culinary™ program helps clients progress in their recoveries by:
- Teaching them how to plan, shop, and prepare meals
- Helping them build supportive communities during meals with others
- Supporting them as they actively explore culinary options
- Providing welcoming therapeutic environments to help them change behaviors and
overcome fears
Treatment Options At Our Eating Disorder Recovery Clinics
Our eating disorder recovery clinics offer several eating disorder rehab treatment programs, meeting each client where they are in their recovery. At our eating disorder treatment center, our treatment options include residential treatment, day treatment/partial hospitalization treatment, and intensive outpatient treatment.

Day Treatment / Partial Hospital Programs (PHPs)
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs)
Our comprehensive residential treatment programs, for all genders ages 13 and older, include individual and group therapies as well as nutritional programming. Providing accountability and structure in a non-hospital environment, our programs don’t compromise when it comes to the very delicate medical, psychiatric, and spiritual needs of our clients.
Our partial hospitalization treatment programs (PHPs), for all genders ages 13 and older, are the most intensive outpatient treatment we offer. Our PHPs meet Monday through Saturday for six to eight hours each day. Clients have multiple therapeutic groups a day, two individual therapy sessions per week, and visits with the psychiatrist and dietitian.
At our eating disorder recovery clinics, we offer intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), which consist of three and a half hours of treatment, three to six days per week. We offer morning, evening, and weekend options to better meet the needs of our clients. Our IOPs are for all genders ages 13 and older, and include group therapies as well as individual nutrition counseling, individual therapy, and psychiatric care.
