Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) consists of up to six days a week and from 14 to 24 hours of treatment, including weekly psychotherapy sessions and individual nutrition counseling. Available to individuals of all genders, ages 13 and older, we offer an afternoon IOP and an evening IOP to best accommodate complicated schedules. This level of care is perfect for individuals to integrate recovery-driven skills in their daily lives as they are happening. Additionally, the program includes evidence-based treatment like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), experiential therapies, and follow-up goals groups to discuss successes and setbacks when using positive coping skills learned in the program in day-to-day life.
An Evening Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is now available. Contact us for more details.
